The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the change of use from a dwellinghouse to a 3-bedroom, 4-occupant House in Multiple Occupation at 30 Ash Tree Road, Northampton on 17 September 2026. The decision was approved in accordance with the Case Officer’s recommendation, subject to various requirements. These requirements include the submission and approval of a refuse and recycling storage scheme, the permanent retention of cycle storage, and a restriction on occupancy to no more than four persons.
