The Non-Strategic Planning Committee of West Northamptonshire Council approved the outline application for up to 46 homes at Land at Welford Road, Creaton on 17 September 2026. The decision was made in accordance with the Case Officer's recommendation, subject to various requirements to be set out in the minutes. These requirements include securing 40% affordable housing, public open space provision and maintenance, biodiversity net gain management and monitoring, and financial contributions towards bus services, library services, and travel plan monitoring.
