Approved the proposed consultation response to the
DLUHC consultation (An Accelerated Planning System: closing on 4
May 2024) set out in the report and delegated to the Head of
Development Management to return the consultation response on
behalf of the Council.

b)   
Noted the financial risks to the Council identified
within the consultation response.
