a)   
Agreed that the Planning Service should agree to use
Planning Performance Agreements (subject to them being authorised
by the Assistant Director of Planning or Head of Development
Management only).

b)   
Agreed that fees be agreed with WNC finance team and
set on a cost recovery basis.
