RESOLVED that: the Panel agrees to co-opt Mr Andy Frost, Dr
Carolyn Kus and Miss Pauline Woodhouse as independent members of
the Panel under Schedule 6 Part 2 Paragraph 4 of the Police Reform
and Social Responsibility Act 2011 with effect from the date of
this Panel meeting to the day before the date of the first Panel
meeting in the 2027/28 municipal year.
