RESOLVED: that Schools Forum noted the provisional outturn
position for the year ended 31 March 2024.
That Schools Forum endorsed the WNC decision not to
clawback uncommitted school balances exceeding 10% as at the end of
the 2023-24 financial year.
That Schools Forum noted the school balances position as
at 31 March 2024.
