RESOLVED: Cabinet;
a)   
Established a Sub-Committee of Cabinet.
b)   
That the membership of the Sub-Committee was decided
by the Leader of the Council and will reflect the portfolio holders
required to effectively carry out the role.
c)    
That the Terms of Reference of the Sub-Committee as
set out in Appendix B.
 
REASONS RESOLVED:

To provide sound governance in relation to the
Council’s shareholder function.
·      
To provide transparency and accountability in
relation to the management of the Council’s
companies.
