RESOLVED:
The Planning Policy Committee:
 
a) Noted and welcomed the
significant progress in making the GONDP by the Great
Oxendon Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group
b) Accepted the
Examiner’s recommended main modifications in respect of the
GONDP.
c) Accepted the
Examiner’s recommendation that the GONDP, as modified in
accordance with recommendation (b), shall proceed to a referendum
of voters within the Great Oxendon Parish.
d) Approved the proposed
Decision Statement set out in Appendix A, subject to items (b) and
(c) above and any necessary factual alterations.
e) Agreed that delegated
authority be given to the Head of Planning Policy and Specialist
Services to make any further minor editorial changes to the GONDP
to address any factual and typographical errors and to reflect the
fact that the document will be in its intended final
form.
