Purpose

The Constitution authorises Officers to make
decisions with the scope of their responsibility unless it is
required to be made by a Portfolio Holder or Cabinet.
 
In line with this, the Chief Operating Officer
has made the decision to exchange contracts for agreements for
lease associated with the redevelopment of Rougham Hill site, owned
by West Suffolk Council.

Decision

The Chief Operating Officer has taken the
decision to proceed to exchange contracts with tenants in respect
of agreements for lease in connection with the Rougham Hill
Development.
