Purpose

The Chief Executive has exercised his urgency
powers and made a decision to
temporarily appoint a member to Tuddenham Parish Council, as set out in the
attached Officer Decision Record.

Decision

The Chief Executive has exercised his urgency
powers and made a decision to
temporarily appoint Councillor Roger Dicker to Tuddenham Parish Council to enable business to be
transacted in accordance with section 91 of the Local Government
Act 1972. Before doing so, consultation was undertaken with the
Clerk to Tuddenham Parish Council and
Councillor Roger Dicker.
