Purpose

The Portfolio Holder for Governance and
Regulatory will be asked to agree to undertake a review and
consultation on a single West Suffolk Council Street Trading Policy
which will regulate all street trading within the district.

Decision

Resolved:
 
That the West Suffolk Council
Street Trading Policy be reviewed in line with the proposals
outlined in Section 2 and that the relevant consultation be
undertaken in accordance with Section 4 of Report number
CAB/WS/24/002.
