Purpose

The Constitution authorises Officers to make
decisions within the scope of their responsibility unless it is
required to be made by a Portfolio Holder or Cabinet.
 
In line with this, the Chief Operating Officer
has approved the decision to progress with the public consultation,
alongside pre-application advice, associated with the redevelopment
of the Rougham Hill site, owned by West Suffolk Council.

Decision

The Chief Operating Officer has agreed the
decision to proceed with the public consultation and the
pre-applicatiion of the Rougham Hill project.
