Purpose

The Chief Executive has exercised his urgency
powers and made a decision to temporarily appoint a member to
Elveden Parish Council, as set out in the attached Officer Decision
Record.

Decision

The Chief Executive has exercised his urgency
powers and made a decision to temporarily appoint Councillor Gerald
Kelly to Elveden Parish Council to enable busines to be transacted
in accordance with section 91 of the Local Government Act
1972. 
 
The temporary appointment shall endure only
until the completion of the Elveden Parish Council Annual General
Meeting of 28 May 2025 has been concluded.
