That:
- The creation of a capital budget of £955,000 to facilitate the purchase of temporary accommodation, associated fees and refurbishment costs, funded and noting the revenue cost implications as detailed in section 2.6 of Report number CAB/WS/25/062, be approved.
- The Council’s Section 151 Officer make the necessary changes to the Council’s prudential indicators, as a result of recommendation 1. above.
- Delegated authority be provided to the Chief Operating Officer, in consultation with the Portfolio Holder for Housing, to make the final decision on this acquisition.
