Decision

Following a competitive tender process compliant with The Health Care Services (Provider Selection Regime) Regulations 2023, (Key Decision PHW1 2025/26 refers) the Director of Public Health has approved the award of the contract for the West Sussex Integrated Sexual Health Service to University Hospitals Sussex NHS Foundation Trust. The contract will commence on 1 August 2026 for an initial period of five years with the option to extend for up to a further two years.
