Decision

The council uses the 2024 framework as the mechanism for commissioning all care and support at home. In January 2024, a decision was taken to delegate authority for the approval of contract award and any subsequent decisions and awards relating to these contracting arrangements to the Executive Director of Adults’ Services and Health.

The framework was re-opened in April 2026 and following a compliant and competitive tendering exercise, the Executive Director Adults' Services and Health has approved the recommendation to award contracts to 41 providers.
