Following consideration of the report the Cabinet resolved:

To approve that appointments are made to the outside bodies as shown in Appendix A until May 2030 or the next County Council election; unless a different timeframe is stated.

Cabinet also approved the following appointments until May 2030 or the next County Council election.

Sussex and Brighton Strategic Authority: Overview and Scrutiny Committee

·           Cllr Lauren Lloyd – to fill the Liberal Democrat Vacancy

Sussex and Brighton Strategic Authority: Audit and Governance Committee

·           Cllr Jacquie Russell as the Conservative Substitute

·           Cllr Riszard Rzepa as the Reform Substitute
