RESOLVED: – That the Combined Authority Board approved:

  1. 1.1      The minor amendments to Constitution documents as set out at Appendix 2.
  2. 1.2      The major amendments to the Constitution documents listed below:
  3. 1.2.1         Article 15 - Mayoral Commissioners as set out in Appendix 3.
  4. 1.2.2         Part 4.8 - Financial Regulations as set out in Appendix 4.
  5. 1.2.3         Article 3 - Membership of the Combined Authority as set out in Appendix 5.
  6. 1.2.4         Article 4 - The Mayor as set out in Appendix 6.
