Purpose

Decision
The Executive Director for Transport:
(i) Approves the ATF4 Skircoat ‘Your Street Matters’ scheme proceeds through decision point 4 (full business case) and work commences on activity 5 (delivery).
(ii) Approves further Combined Authority funding of £1,853,617, taking the total Combined Authority approval to £2,353,617. The total scheme cost is £2,353,617.
(iii) Approves that the Combined Authority enters into a Funding Agreement with Calderdale Council for funding of up to £2,353,617. This includes a ring fenced amount of £25,000 for Monitoring and Evaluation, release of which is delegated to the Combined Authority Director.
(iv) Approves that future approvals are made in accordance with the assurance pathway and approval route and tolerances outlined in this report. This will be subject to the scheme remaining within the tolerances outlined in this report.
(v) Notes that £260,109 of the total scheme cost is for risk and contingency allowances.
