RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to 4.50 of the report:

  1. Approved that the West Yorkshire Supply Chain Programme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
  1. Approved Combined Authority funding of £2,000,000 for the West Yorkshire Supply Chain Programme, with a total scheme cost of £2,375,000.
  1. Approved that future approvals for the West Yorkshire Supply Chain Programme are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
