RESOLVED:– That the Combined Authority Board:
- Approved that the West Yorkshire Housing Investment Fund progressed through decision point 2 (programme business case) and endorsed the Combined Authority’s potential funding of up to £334,620,000 from the Integrated Settlement.
- Approved that the West Yorkshire Housing Investment Fund capital programme progressed through decision point 2 (programme business case) and work commenced on individual project business case submissions, giving approval to development funding of up to £10,000,000 for capital programme activities and business case development requirements, taking the total approval to £10,000,000.
- Approved a delegation to the Combined Authority’s Chief Executive, in consultation with the Mayor, to approve subsequent capital project business case submissions for Combined Authority investment up to the value of £20 million, subject to the parameters set out in the report.
- Approved the conversion of an additional £4,605,000 capital funding from the Integrated Settlement to revenue funding for the Housing Enabler Fund and staffing costs, taking the total revenue conversion to £7,500,000.
