RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to 4.33, 4.34 and 4.35 of the report:
- Approved that the Business Support Infrastructure (Local Authority Framework) scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
- Approved Combined Authority funding of up to £9,200,000 for the Business Support Infrastructure (Local Authority Framework) scheme, with a total scheme value of £9,200,000.
- Approved that future approvals for the Business Support Infrastructure (Local Authority Framework) scheme are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
