RESOLVED:– That the Combined Authority Board:

  1. Approved that the Housing Enabler Fund revenue scheme proceeded through decision points 2 to 4 (business justification case) and work commenced on activity 5 (delivery).
  2. Approved the Combined Authority’s funding of £5,500,000 for the Housing Enabler Fund. The total scheme cost was £5,500,000. This included a ring-fenced amount of £55,000 for monitoring and evaluation, release of which was delegated to the Combined Authority’s Chief Executive, in consultation with the Mayor.
