RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, in reference to 4.30 and 4.31 of the report:
- Approved that the Construction Skills Capital scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification Case) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
- Approved Combined Authority funding of up to £6,730,042, with the total scheme cost being £6,730,042.
- Approved that future approvals for the Construction Skills Capital scheme are made in accordance with the assurance pathway and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
