RESOLVED: – That the Combined Authority Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to paragraphs 4.22 and 4.23 of the report:
- Approved that the Bus Reform – Fleet Provision scheme, for Rounds 1 and 2, proceeded through Decision Point 4 (Full Business Case) and that work commenced on Activity 5 (Delivery).
- Approved the Combined Authority’s additional funding of £90,347,136, taking the total approval to £121,526,206. The estimated total scheme costs were up to £265,821,038.
- Approved that future approvals were made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances as set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
