  1. Approved that the Made Smarter (Manufacturing) scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
  1. Approved Combined Authority funding of up to £1,089,362 for the Made Smarter (Manufacturing) scheme, with a total scheme cost of £2,400,000.
