RESOLVED: – That the Investment Board, subject to conditions, and with reference to 4.65 of the report:
- Approved that the Made Smarter (Manufacturing) scheme proceeds through Decision Point 2 to 4 (Business Justification) and that work commences on Activity 5 (Delivery).
- Approved Combined Authority funding of up to £1,089,362 for the Made Smarter (Manufacturing) scheme, with a total scheme cost of £2,400,000.
- Approved that future approvals for the Made Smarter (Manufacturing) scheme are made in accordance with the assurance pathway, approval route and tolerances set out in the Business Case Summary attached to the report.
