Purpose

The paper will seek endorsement of an indicative pipeline of housing sites in West Yorkshire that align to the delivery of the West Yorkshire Housing Strategy. Local Authority priorities for their districts are established within this pipeline.

This paper also provides information on emerging partnership models in West Yorkshire to drive growth and regeneration.

The paper will seek the following recommendations:
1. That the Combined Authority endorses the Indicative pipeline of projects for the West Yorkshire Investment Fund.
2. That the Combined Authority notes the emerging Partnership Models that will drive growth and regeneration.

Decision

RESOLVED: – That the Combined Authority Board:

1. Endorsed the indicative pipeline of projects for the West Yorkshire Housing Investment Fund and delegated to the Investment Board the endorsement of any future revisions to the indicative pipeline of projects for the West Yorkshire Housing Investment Fund.

1. Noted the emerging partnership models that would drive growth and regeneration.
