Purpose

On 16 July 2026, Bradford Council provided formal notification to the Combined Authority of changes to their member nominations to the Investment Board.

The nominations require appointment to be made subsequent to the appointments approved at the annual meeting of the Combined Authority Board on 25 June 2026.

These appointments are approved by the Committee and Governance Services Manager, in accordance with the notification received from the relevant partner council, in order to facilitate the timely administration of the Combined Authority’s business.

Decision

The Committee & Governance Services Manager has confirmed the below appointments with immediate effect.

• Cllr Andrew Judson (R) to replace Cllr Ian Eglin as Member, and
• Cllr Ian Eglin (R) to replace Cllr Andrew Judson (R) as Substitute Member.
