Acceptance of tender for works

Decision

The Assistant Director Property and Assets authorises: -

(1)     the appointment of the contractor outlined in the report to undertake the Roof Health & Safety Project;

(2)     budget release of the out-turn figure at the sum identified in the report;

(3)     the use of the project contingency if required within the budget release figure; and

(4)     the Chief Legal Officer on behalf of the Council to enter into any agreements necessary to facilitate the above.
