Purpose

The paper sets out the process that will be used and the engagement that will take place to develop the Council Plan ahead of its consideration by full council in October.

Cabinet agrees:

•       The outline Council Plan 2025 to 2035.

•       To seek feedback from a broad range of stakeholders and residents and encourage all Members to participate.

•       To review incorporated feedback and service planning detail at its meeting on 7 October in preparation for a final version to be considered at Full Council on 21October 2025.

Reason for Decision:

To enable wider feedback ahead of its consideration by Full Council in October and to provide services with strategic direction ahead of the planning cycle commencing.
