Wiltshire Council Cabinet decided on 15/07/2024 to note the year-end position for capital receipts and approve the sale of six assets to generate capital receipts. The Director of Assets or Deputy Chief Executive & Corporate Director of Resources is authorised to dispose of the freehold interest in these assets.
