Justine Foster, Head of Leisure Operations, Leisure, Communities and Culture, approved the award and entry into a new contract with Swim England for support of their Love Swimming Campaign at Wiltshire Council's leisure centres. This decision was made on 22 April 2026 with a value of £10,000 (£5,000 per annum). The contract will cover the development and implementation of the campaign.

They also decided to implement a School Street at Queen's Crescent School, Chippenham, if a viable alternative Park and Stride site is agreed by the end of June 2026. The decision was made on 20/08/2025. Funding for the pilots is from Active Travel England and the Highways budget, with ANPR cameras to be provided and installed by contractors.
