Resolved:

Cabinet:

a)    Declares the freehold interest of the Central Car Park Public Conveniences, Salisbury, as shown in Appendix 1, surplus.

b)    Authorises the Director of Assets (or in their absence the Corporate Director - Resources) to dispose of the freehold interest in the asset to Salisbury City Council should they decide to accept it.

Reasons for Decision:

To enable a freehold transfer to be formally considered by Salisbury City Council to directly deliver the public convenience use of the assets to its residents.
