To approve:

Entering into an NEC3 Professional Services Contract with TC Consult in the total sum of £63,600.00 + VAT for Employers Agent, Project Management and Quantity Surveying services associated with the replacement of temporary classrooms programme of work at Frogwell Primary School, Hullavington Primary School and Minety Primary School.

Reasons for the decision

At its meeting on 3rd February 2026, as part of the approval of the budget at meeting decision item 10 (h), Cabinet approved Appendix 3 (Schools Capital Programme 2026/25 to 2031/32) which included the replacement of temporary classrooms at Frogwell, Hullavington and Minety Primary Schools.

I confirm that the Professional Services Contract to be executed between Wiltshire Council and TC Consult is within the scope of the proposal approved by Cabinet.
