Purpose

1.    To consider the comments received following the formal advertisement of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO hereafter) proposing the introduction of a 30mph speed restriction on Stourton Lane (C55), Stourton.

2.    To recommend proceeding with the introduction of the TRO as advertised.

(i)  The proposals be implemented as advertised.

(ii)  The objectors be advised accordingly.

Reasons for the decision
