To consider the comments received following the formal advertisement of a Traffic Regulation Order (TRO hereafter) proposing the introduction of No Waiting at Any Time (NWAAT hereafter) restrictions and School Keep Clear Markings on Tyning Road, Winsley.
To recommend proceeding with the introduction of the TRO as advertised.

Following consultation with officers I give notice that I intend to make the decision set out in the attached report.

Reasons for the decision
The Council’s proposals are supported by Winsley Primary School and will enable pupils to travel to and from school safely as part of the TAOSJ proposals.
The proposals are in accordance with Priorities 2, 5 and 7 of the Council’s Business Plan.

(ii) Amend the proposed TRO in consideration of the comments received
