The above property has been delivered as Shared Ownership housing, the house has been sold in accordance with the Council’s Shared Ownership Advertising-Allocation Sales Process, on the following terms- see table in attached document.
The house will be sold on a leasehold basis, with the remaining unsold share being secured by means of the Homes England’s standardised Shared Ownership Lease, this is inclusive of a 10-year plus 2 LABC Housing Warranty cover, including insolvency cover.
