Regeneration & Place has approved that Springfield Mobile Ltd
be directly awarded a contract to the value of £133,033.00 by
way of a waiver pursuant to paragraph 12.4.1c of the
Council’s Contract Procedure Rules to undertake the
installation of a temporary mobile double classroom at Grove Street
Primary School.
