Decision

The Director of
Neighbourhood Services has approved the Direct Award of a contract
to ECON following a procurement process through the ESPO Framework
for a term of 6 months from 21.10.24 to 14.04.25 for an estimated
contract value of £284,284 for hire of 11 x 18t gritters with
ploughs and 1 x 3.5t mini gritter for a period of 26 weeks for
Winter Maintenance Season 2024/25. All servicing and 24/7 breakdown
assistance plus replacement of gritter, if required, included in
award.
