Resolved – That Council be recommended to
approve:
 

1. the revised Capital Programme of £100.996
million for 2024/25, including the virements of budget referred to
in Appendix 3 of this report.
 

2. additional funding for Capitalisation of
Regeneration Salaries, to be funded by new borrowing, as referred
to in section 3.7 in this report.
