Decision

The Director of
Regeneration and Place has approved that a competitive tender
exercise be undertaken to identify and appoint a provider of
suitably qualified and licenced security staff to provide
keyholding services, a security response to Council owned buildings
out-of-hours and a security presence at Committee and other public
meetings, such provided to be appointed on a call off basis on a
two-year contract with the option of two one-year extensions by
mutual agreement.
