The Director of Public Health approves the
award of grant funding to the sum of £201,937 to NHS Cheshire
and Merseyside ICB (Wirral Place) for the delivery by Wirral
PCN’s of the NHS Health Checks programme from 1st April 2024
- 31st March 2025.
