Decision

The Director of
Finance has approved the award of a contract to C.Co for a duration of 6
months at a cost of £140,000 to support the delivery of
Transformational change at Wirral MBC to fundamentally shift the
ESR Programme from a short-term tactical programme to over-arching
(from short through long-term) and strategic objectives. There will
be resultant restructures from the ESR Programme which deliver the
short-term benefits and in parallel the mobilisation of programmes
which deliver both medium and long-term benefits.
