Decision

The Director of Regeneration and Place has
agreed to approve the award of a contract to Mac Roofing and
Contracting Limited of a value as set out in the exempt appendix 2
to undertake the flat roof renewal at Kingsway Primary School
within the approved budget and as the highest scoring tenderer in
accordance with the lowest fixed priced criteria.
