Decision

The Director of Regeneration and Place has
agreed to approve the award of a contract to Gables UK Limited of a
value as set out in exempt appendix 2 to undertake the flat roof
renewal at Barnston Primary School within the approved budget and
as the highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the lowest fixed
priced criteria.
