Decision

Resolved: That -  
1.
  the Director
of Public Health be authorised to commence the commissioning of
risk taking/health related behaviours offer for children and young
people. This will be for a contract period of five years (1st
September 2024 – 31st August 2029) with the option of two
one-year extensions in accordance with the spend profile in
paragraph 4.5 of this report; and
2.
  delegated
authority be given to the Director of Public Health to award the
tender to the successful bidder following the tender process.
