detailed in the report from Motus Group UK Ltd t/a Motus
Commercials (Company number 00653665) at a total cost of
£115,336 (£28,834 per vehicle) within the approved
budget as the highest scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most
Economically Advantageous Tenderer (MEAT) Criteria.
