This
contract is primarily for delivery of goods or services to council
establishments in Wirral in relation to the provision of target
hardening services for Wirral Council Domestic Abuse Hub for
victims of domestic abuse and their families.
 
Provision of home security assessments, and the supply and
installation of equipment for residents throughout
Wirral
 
Target hardening enables those at risk of domestic abuse to
remain in their own homes.  It supports
victims to feel safer should they choose to remain, and it can
reduce repeat victimisation through the provision of enhanced
security measures.
