Decision

The
Director of Regeneration and Place has agreed to approve the award
of a contract to Lambert Smith Hampton in the sum of £495,000
for a term of 3 years to support the Council’s Estate
Management Team within the approved budget and as the highest
scoring tenderer in accordance with the Most Economically
Advantageous Tender (MEAT) criteria.
